Shan’s Caramel Shop provides small batch, handmade caramels using Organic, real ingredients: Gourmet caramels that melt in your mouth and won’t stick to your teeth!

Shannon Anderson, aka Shan, founded Shan’s Caramel Shop in 2022. She is a wife and mom who stayed at home to raise her four children for over 30 years. Her passion is centered on nourishing others with food made with clean ingredients. Shan has been a resident of North Idaho since 1993 and loves to spend time outdoors exploring God’s country.

There are currently 10 flavors to choose from at Shan’s Caramel Shop. Our customers love them all! Top 3 sellers are Salted Caramel, Wild Huckleberry and Salted Bourbon.

You can find Shan’s caramels online at shanscaramelshop.com, and she is at many local pop up events throughout North Idaho during market season, including Taste of CdA. Our weekly market is at 5th Street Farmer’s Market in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, running from Memorial Day through Labor Day on Wednesdays 4-7pm.
